Advice4Homeownership.com (“A4H,” “we,” “us”) is owned and operated by Strategies 4WARD LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. We publish educational content about buying, selling, financing, and maintaining a home, with a focus on the coastal North Carolina market (Brunswick County and the surrounding region), alongside general homeownership guidance relevant to any reader.
Our editor
A4H is edited by Scott Gentry, a licensed real estate broker (NC license #365010, eXp Realty). Scott’s own real estate services and any transactions he personally handles are conducted through his brokerage, not through Strategies 4WARD LLC — A4H itself does not hold a real estate license, is not a brokerage, and does not represent buyers or sellers in a transaction.
